I noticed that I couldn't post into the "Tutorials!" section. Can only higher ups post there or is that not supposed to happen?

I wanted to ask if there were some specific tutorials that could be posted or something of the like. I have troubles working on some aspecets of line art and I would love to see what other people have to say. :3
