Title: Should I?

I am toying with the idea of doing a little bit of showing with Dash next year.
I am trying to track down a ringcraft club in my area and would probably just take Dash to one or two shows over the summer, most likely ones linked in with the agricultural shows.
I will contact his breeder to make sure she is happy for me to show him, I think he is a really well put together little bot but obviously I am biased.
Any tips on presentation etc would be great, thanks.

that should read 'little boy' obviously.
Have spoken to his breeder and she is more than happy for me to show him if I decide to.

Hi
if you search on google for ring craft classes and put in your area it should bring up details for you .Some ring craft classes are attatched to obedience clubs Thats how i found one for my toy poodle chico as i have just started to dabble in the world of showing and at his first show at only 6 months and 2 days old he came 2nd in minor puppy dog .Hope this helps

I've found a local ringcraft class attatched to Derby Kennel Association, I'm going to pop down a week next Tuesday ( can't start next week as it's their match night). The gentleman I spoke to was lovely and very helpful.

I'm already a member of the MBCC thanks, I've just found out that the ringcraft will clash with my obedience club classes though so I'm going to put the idea on hold, in all honesty I'll probably have plenty on my plate with the obedience work.

will dash breeder be near you to show how to trim up for the breed ring, the other thing i would say is use a different leader to what you use for obedience, so he gets to know what he is doing,
as you do obedience and he will have perfect sits in front of you, you now need to teach the stand, or back in front of you, are you going to use a bum bag so he learns to watch your hand going into the bag and knows something nice is comming to him when he does a stand.
have fun i really enjoy my breed showing, i only really show in the breed ring over the winter months when my agility is not so full on.
have fun and keep us allinformed how you get on
