Title: Learning HTM / Freestyle

Hi

Have been interested in HTM for awhile and the more I see it / learn about it the more I want to have a go!

Soo... those of you who are into this...how did you learn - did you join a club / teach yourself? I can't find any clubs in Cambridgeshire so I'm not sure how to move forward.

I have Richard Curtis' DVD (bought at Crufts) and Mary Ray's dog tricks books and am enjoying going through some of the stuff in there.

A group of us got together and started learning, we got Richard Curtis' DVD and then after a few months got Richard down for a training day.

What DVD did you get Debbie? I think I have 'The Moves' - a beginner one.

I give weekly htm lessons near Boston, Lincolnshire. I am not sure if that would be too far for you? And I am organising a trainingday in November, where we will work on tricks, sequences, working to the music and a little on choreography.

Hi - just been to look at your site - it's fab and your dogs are gorgeous. LOVE your new addition - Vince's sire is Detania.

Just looked on the route planner and Boston is nearly an hour and a half from me so a bit far, plus we already go training on a Thursday which is when you meet I think?

Would be interested in the day workshop though. My only concern with a whole day is keeping the dogs concentration. Vince will be 19months by then though so should be ok.

Can you pm me more details?
