I was wondering if any of you feed your dogs on Tripe?

Um. It is okay for a treat I guess, but not like....feeding full meals.

My dogs all get minced tripe, but I do raw feed (BARF). Tripe is fine but I wouldnt feed it everyday. The big pieces of tripe is supposed to be good as a recreational meal, similar to bones.

I think Butchers wet food is tripe based, and is supposed to be good for dogs with sensitive stomachs. So it cant be bad

I feed barf as well and they have tripe as part of that (I hate the stuff it stinks!!)

We used to feed it to our family flatcoat as an addition to his dry food.

Tripe is a great food and good for putting on weight if you have a thin dog or one who doesn't hold weight well. Stinks though!

My lot get tripe as part of their raw diet and it bleedin stinks! yikes

It should be part of a balanced diet though, not the whole diet. :)

Mine all love tripe, I feed it raw, either minced or pieces, I also feed raw chicken, lamb, beef and rabbit.

We have started feeding Sky tripe, with small mixer biscuits and so far he seems to be loving it and his stomach/toileting seems good.

All my dogs love tripe.But I have to feed it to them after my husband has gone to work he says it stinkkkks. :D
