A 2 year old, red and white male Border Collie with 4 white paws and white tip on his tail.
He was frightened by the fireworks and bolted early evening. He was wearing a collar with his details on it. He is a timid dog with strangers, passive and friendly, very devoted to his owner who is distraught.
