check out our changeovers...its suprising how late they actually are when u slow the video down....

It's amazing how much you realise how much room you have on your changes. When we slowed our video footage down we noticed that most of the time 2 out of the 3 changes were late. We are working on change overs in training to see if we can get then bang on as we have struggled with that recently.
