Izzy was adopted from "The Border Collie Spot" at the age of 16 weeks by a family. And though they promised to take her to training classes, they didn't. She knows a "sit", but that is about it. The family didn't set her any boundaries and she ruled the roost. So she was returned to the rescue.
Izzy is only 7 months old and just wants to be a dog. She is very playful and loving. I was told that she is an escapee and runs off on walks and doesn't come back, but she hasn't done any of this with me. She had 2 walks today and is now happily sleeping next to my feet. She is still very young. She is very keen to learn and work and probably would excel at any dog sport. She has a lovely temperament and not really any hang ups. She just needs to have boundaries, exercise and mental stimulation...
She probably would benefit from another, well behaved dog, in the house hold.
She is available through the Border Collie Spot
