yes guys... i sold that computer to him last year...

Well i havent gotten the $ for it YET ... even after 10 months ... he still owes me $740

i did not want to post this up here nor did i want to put him in this position because i'd just like to solve things thru PM ..

but i'd had enough.. anybody would do the same thing i am doing

i have trusted him as a friend and sent him the computer....
and he gave his old computer to his stepmother

over time he always delayed the payment...
offered me payment of 200 bucks...but i refused thinking that he's in a bad situation ( he also told me he was .ex: court fees. ) idk how true that is but ... i also didnt want it because he'd delay it more...

well its almost a year later.... i have NO MONEY from him ... and i am a freshman college student... in need of money..

HE cannot just do this to me, using my hospitality against me..
i have been the kindest person to him...and he kept saying "oh you're the best" , "thank you very much" ... but he just will not pay my money..

I messaged him on the BIG org and NYCMAXIMAS... but still no answer... or he says
" i'll pay you when i get it "...


this past 2 weeks...he has not returned any of my PMs... but on 10/03 and 9/27 he has made posts on nycmax and the big org




andd.... he's still buying parts...selling parts... but will not take care of my $740


i'm so very close to going to my cop friend and explaining this whole thing..who can (trust me) get hundreds of $740 from him.....
but i'm not an asshole...i do not want to do that

Sorry to hear about your situation. You know selling over the internet can be risky, bottom line you should not have sent him the computer without seeing the money first.

i learned it the hard way...

but he has good reputation all over..

and he's an admin here.. and i KNOW some of you guys are friend with him..

i trusted him... i thought it would take 2 months MAX ... but obviously its taken more than that



but this thing made my whole summer terrible...

i could have done a lot with $740 bucks,

i havent gone to road trip to Canada with my friends just cuz i did not have money..

Yeah I don't care who it is you should NEVER send something out without payment first, but if he said he is going to pay he should have paid too.

Shame on you for sending something without payment first. I myself made this mistake before, and never again. You must learn to trust NO One when it come to your money.

Shame on Keith for not paying you. Keith I think you should pay the man or return product. I think we all know that the past 10 months you have spent 740+ on items for yourself. I hope you take care of this debt.
