Thats pretty messed up. As much as I hate to say it if I were you I would look at what it takes to get the authorities involved...

It's wrong of Keith to do that, but you can't trust anyone. And it doesn't matter how much money he is getting from parting out his car, that is his business.

I really still can't believe you would just send out a laptop without being paid regardless of who it is. With that said you really should have been paid and if you are serious about collecting your money you probably should contact someone who could help you. I agree that whatever money he makes off from parting out is his business but whatever money he made off of that he should have given to you already (if he sold anything).
