WANNA GET RID OF MY TEIN S.TECHS FOR COILOVERS, a LOT OF MAX OWNERS INCLUDING MY LIL SIS ARE RUNNING K-SPORTS AND MOST SEEM 2 BE HAPPY WITH THEM , I LIKE THE TEIN SUSP FEEL BUT JUST WANT THE COILVERS SO I CAN BE SLAMMED.HAS ANY ONE HAD TEIN BASIC DAMPER CO'S AND IF SO HOW DO THEY RIDE? K-SPORTS ARE NICE ON THE HIGHWAY BUT KINDA RUFF FOR THE INNA CITY(BUT WORTH IT) ARE THE TEIN BASICS A LIL SOFTER??? ANY REVIEWS YOU HAVE HEARD WILL BE HELPFUL TOO,THANX_SCI

I have tein flex on my 240 and I love them tein has high quality products.

you can't go wrong with anything TEIN, you definitely get what you pay for Sci. i believe sunny is running them on his 4th gen and it'd most likely be similar to the 5th gen's.

If you get a Stillen lip kit with those KSport coilovers your car will look AWESOME...

Yeah that is what Sunny has. Nice looking setup, but bitch to put on the lift with his lip kit on.

hell yeah!!! Just gotta lil job so FINALLY i'll be able to stack sum $$$ and cont. modding the max ,I was thinkin' an almost identical setup thanx for the feedback, I really appreciate it my dude!!!

no doubt, if you have not dropped ya max by the time i get slammed i will show you that luv that my dudes showed when i 1st got here and sell you my susp. for a nice ass price :D but i d k when i'll be upgrading prolly round spring time. Lotta people hated on the s.techs but i luv em they are kinda of ruff in the city and you might rupture a spleen if u hit the wrong pothole but other than that i luv the aggresive drop+no body roll when going thru sweeping corners at 90+ so 2 me its worth it i just need 2 be slammed and the s.techs cant do that for me if u dont mind me askin how much u drop for the tein flex???

Yeah man i appreciate it, I wasn't planning on lowering my car anytime soon, so in the spring or summer, whenever you decide to go coilovers. By the way, im not concerned with ride, for one it doesn't ride that great to start with, and two my 240 rides like a race car on the street and it doesn't bother me at all.

IF you want a smooth ride go with coilovers but if your going for a stiff ride then go with teins ...i have the teins on my i dropped it two and half from the front and 2 inches in the back ...Its def. worth it ...I live in the city so they both either way depends how you also drive.

Bill what type of suspension are you rockin'? I have SS TEIN and think that's the way to go.
