:ph43r: OK... Im sure someone other than Bryan has re-painted their wheels before. I have my Privat 18"s Powder coated, but that cost me $100 a wheel. theese are 16" stock wheels meant for snow, but they look like CRAP  Anyone have great success and want to share their methods?

What Materials are best?
What order should i do everything?

Oh also I plan on painting them with the snows on so a NO-BAKE method would be appreciated.

Yeah but My summer wheels are recently Powder-Coated Privats. That cost me $100 a wheel. idk

BTW: Where do you know where to get it for a $65 a wheel?

I went to Becker's Powder House in WTBY...

Duplicolor wheel coating. I spent about $16 total. After 2 years they are ready to be repainted. One of me friends did his RSX wheels with the same stuff and his came out way better than mine. So I'm gonna probably repaint them now that I've seen how perfect they can be. I think I should have used more clear coat, but came out pretty well.

You don't need to strip the existing clear coat except for where it is flaking off. If there is any major gouges you can smooth them out with a wizzy wheel. Just make sure you clean the shit out of them with something that doesnt leave any residue behind. Dish soap works really well. Then just pick up some duplicolor wheel coating and clear coat and follow the instructions on the can. I just masked off the tires.
