Im new here an i found out about this site abt 3 weeks ago when i was at the mall and i seen a white maxima similar to the 1 on the home page that had the web site on the window. but i jus got my 96 maxima abt a month ago an this site seems like the right place to show mi sum stuff. But when i got it i had to put on a knock sensor that ran mi abt 125 dollars an jus abt 8hr to put in. also i had to replace my 2 back struts, the whole exuast up to the cat and put on a louder muffler an i was good with all the wrk that it needed. so then i needed to start somewhere so i went and picked up a cool air intake an as of right now im set but i do want to put a little more on it but i dont know where to start can somebody help mi i do all of the work on my car i jus need some advice

Installing an intake is fairly easy, what did you need help/advice with?

na i have the intake on but i need to know where i should start performance wise i mean i have a pipe and and and intake but these days who doesnt. my question is if you had a 96 max GXE with a pipe and cool air what would you do next lower it, headers, injecters, sway bars, tires idk where to start. oh and on this site kan i put pictures up

Yes, you can post pictures. The easiest way would be to create a www.photobucket.com account.

I would lower the car next, so start looking at suspensions. Sway bars would be a nice compliment to lowering the car. You won't get much more from the motor unless you replace the upper intake with one from a 5th Gen Maxima. Want to swap for a 3.5L? Not much else you can do with the 3.0. Injectors, headers, etc. are a waste of time unless you are non-N/A.
