Will the (6spd) 3.5 2002 Maxima SE engine fit on my 1996 GXE?
Will that engine bolt up to my transmission?
Will i need a 5th gen clutch?
Will my intake manifold work on this engine if not what do i need?
As far as injectors, ECU......basically what would i need to complete this swap if at all possible, and will this swap really give mi 6 gears? thanx

the motor will fit and so will the trans. the trans is a big headache though and i dont think its worth the trouble. the 5spd trans bolts upto the 3.5 though with no modifications. you can do a 3.5 swap using 3.0 timing. you need the timing from a 3.5 motor, you have to convert the throttle body to cable, you need cam adapters, you need to splice your injector wires also. stock ecu will work but you are gonna need a tune cuz its gonna be dumping a whole lot of fuel. there are alot more misc. parts for the swap but if you have anymore questions i can help
