Rules
General:
1. The CWRP uses a format different from all other AFOL forum based RPs, so everyone must learn the rules before participating.
2. All rules of Forum Conduct still apply.
3. Forum Administrators Quill Master, Maedhros and Gaming Moderator TheOrk are in charge. All questions and concerns should be taken to them. They reserve the right to alter the rules at any time and to delete/edit any addition to the CWRP.
4. The CWRP is more of a collaborative novel than a game, keep that in mind.
5. Please read all character profiles, recaps and CWRP posts before posting.
Structure:
6. The protagonists of the story are members of the Fellowship. All players may only have one character, who must be a member of the Fellowship. This way, all players are not overburdened and can devote more time and effort to their posts.
7. A) There are two other types of characters who appear in the story: A) NPCs(Not-Player-Controlled) they are the extras, they can be created by anyone, but they can only be autoed. B ) MNPCs(Moderator-Not-Player-Controlled) these are characters used by the Admins/mod for the purposes of advancing the story, they can only be autoed by the regular players.
8. A vague story line has been plotted out, and should not be deviated from.
Characters:
9. No character may have god-like powers. Every character must have human limitations; every character must have strengths and weaknesses for balance.
10. Your character must be at the centre of all of your posts, unless you have been given permission to post with someone else’s character.
11. No characters may have the same/similar names to other characters. No character should be a copy of another character.
12. All characters must be from an official LEGO faction. Customized factions are not allowed.
Autoing:
13. Autoing another character is when you include them in one of your own posts; most posts in the CWRP will involve autoing. You can auto any other character without permission, but your own character must be at the centre of these posts, unless given permission.
14. When autoing another character be respectful and do not do anything extreme with them, unless given permission.
15. If a member feels their character has been autoed inappropriately, they reserve the right to have said post(s) edited.
16. No member can demand that no one auto his/her character.
17. Play well!
