Title: OZ eppy:? Toby tied in chair

I stumbled my way onto someone's video (which I assumed is from OZ) which shows Toby tied in a chair, tape over his mouth, while Chris prowls around him and torments him. I can't get sound, so I didn't hear what was being said, but CM's body language was amazing. I still haven't seen all of OZ yet, I have to take it in tiny doses, and very honestly, I found this video more than a little disturbing. I'd like to know what episode it's in so I can prepare myself.

After watching that, I'd like to know why in hell Chris Meloni didn't win the Emmy for OZ? I've never seen anything as absorbing and powerful as he was in that show! I'm mad for the man, but he's such an amazing actor, he creeps me out - waaayy out - in OZ.

Well, I totally agree on the Emmy thing.. he was amazing in OZ and I do agree that I think he is fabulous, but when he pulls out the creepy stuff... nobody is better.

That scene was in season six towards the end... not the last episode but close to it.... and it was very, very intense.... others probably know exactly where to find it. I just have never forgotten it.... that was one of the best scenes the two of them had in the whole series.

Thank you very much. I've never seen anyone do anything in a movie or TV role as fascinating & compelling as Chris was in OZ. How one man could be so seductive and sadistic, guileless and manipulative, loving and threatening as an actor & still be a sane & charming man in real life just give me shivers thinking about it. He is so totally unappreciated as an actor. I hope when he starts producing his own projects that he finds roles that will blow all the "suits" in Hollywood away.

I don't have season 6, but I guess I'll have to go get it now or whenever I believe my psyche can stand to watch it.

OZ was one series I wasn't sure I could stomach but once I got into the whole idea that Fontana was exposing the real prison life and hellhold doom, I was committed. Then along came Chris Keller and wow! What a fractured piece of human being.

Season six is great and Keller's whole character comes full circle and Meloni really lets you get inside this character. Yes...Yes an Emmy performer truly ignored but I'd say it for the whole OZ show. If I had to chose between The Sopranos and OZ, my choice would be OZ. There was so much there to think about. My husband thinks I'm nuts and wouldn't watch the series at all but I'm really into studying characters and OZ never left a moment of boredom.

Beecher and Keller were very interesting characters with sooooo many flaws and yet so much life.

you def need to see Season 6... talk about "hell hath no fury"... everybody gets their comeuppance (although I am still greatly pained about Keller's final scene), no one is spared and it is a wild ride for the viewer.... it is still my favorite series of all time, not easy to watch, for sure, but hard not to. I do agree w/ ezcharlize that this was every bit as compelling as the Sopranos so I am sure why it never got the massive awards Sopranos did. Nonetheless, it was great ensemble work awards or no.
