Gonna tell a few that are restricted when making your RP character:
I'm still gonna add stuff as more people come and as time passes by...XD

1. Custom weapons used by you RPC will be PMed to any of the mods or Admins. We don't want the "One-hit you're dead" weaponn do we? It takes all the fun of training...

2. The abilities of your RPC must not surpass of its rank. Which means that an academy student cannot do things that a genin can do. Unless they had special training from a sensei, they will be able to do so.

3. Special Jutsu's (like only your RPC can do) must also be posted in your RPC's profile or again PMed to us. We will decide wether you can use it or not.

4. If your character has some special ability like can hear from a distance and other balderdash (get a dictionary)..will be allowed..others will be restricted depending on the ability itself.
