10/10/2005 - MARDUK Planning 15-Year Anniversary Release

Swedish black metallers MARDUK will celebrate their 15-year anniversary with a special limited release, tentatively due in November. No further details are currently available.

MARDUK were forced to cancel their European tour earlier in the year after drummer Emil Dragutinovic's arm was broken in a fight back in February. The band recently put the finishing touches on the videos for the songs "Throne of Rats" and "The Hangman of Prague".

MARDUK's ninth full-length album, "Plague Angel", was released in the U.S. in March. The album came out in Europe last November via Blooddawn/Regain Records.

Was never a big fan of Marduk but they deserve recognition in the black metal scene like many. Hope they continue to at least 20 years, that would be a nice milestone.
