For a name change, use the guidelines provided:

Rules: There is to be 1 name change per month. I will be checking each person's previous name changes to make sure this does not happen. If you do request more than 1 a month, it will be discarded. Anyway, your "eva01" account was switched to "eva011" as I am not deleting any accounts. Your "{HR}eva01" account was then switched over to "eva01"

the reason it says its taken is because i have it. the forum program can not tell the difference of caps and lower, so what i do on my forum is change it to something along the lines of "123456789" and then change it back with out the caps
