well its one eyar since the murder but I doubt his music will ever go away

for those of you who (for some crazy reason) dont know who he was here's a short summery:

"Dimebag" Darrel Lance Abbott (1966-2004) was the lead guitarist in Pantera from its start (1981) till the breakup (2003). after the break up darrel and his brother vinni formed damageplan and started making the first record. after the 1st record release while in a concert in colombus ohio a 25 year old man got up on stage during the show and shot dimebag from close range killing him. afterwards he shot at the crowd and got killed by an officer who poped him with a shutgun.

I have and most likely never will like Pantera or Dimebag but it was a shock last year when it happened, but oh well, lets have some beers in his honour. :drinkin:

That, looked like the same one that I watched when I first saw headbangers ball. And it was when I was on vacation in Illinois. I was there, in illinois again, and it was on. I couldn't remember exactly, if it was the same, but if it wasn't, it had a few things that were the same that were stuck in there. If that makes sense.


He was one hell of a guy though. :horns:
