you need to do some research on you're genres, neither of those 2 bands are power metal. also, satanic metal isn't a genre

power metal is a spinoff of speed metal, some examples are:

manowar, dragonforce, demons & wizards, dream evil, iced earth, helloween, nocturnal rites, rage, kamelot, dark moor, blind guardian, stratovarius, sonata arctica, hammerfall & rhapsody

some things to be noted are:

Iron Maiden are NOT power metal, they've always been heavy metal (or NWOBHM)

Children of Bodom have power metal influences, but so do hundreds of other bands

Some of the bands above have changed from power metal to different genres or vise versa (started as something else & moved towards the power metal scene)
