Noah's Rules of Court:

If you are "Charged" with excessive spamming you will have your day in "Spam Court".

You have the right to Counsel (an attorney) or you may represent yourself.

You are allowed to make one post in your defense outlining why you were spamming and why you should not be sentenced to "The Hole"

Judge Noah will review your defense post and then render a verdict. Judge Noah reserves the right to call a jury of your peers into session for their review if he so chooses to do so.

If Noah finds you "not guilty" all charges of excessive Spam are dropped.

If Noah finds you "Guilty" he will then determine the extent of the spam committed and then condem you to your sentence in "The Hole"

There are no appeals. all verdicts are final!
