Welcome to Ebon Tides!<p>

Ebon Tides is a fantasy setting text role-playing (RP) site originally conceptualized to allow for the most creative, user-driven RP environment possible while staying within guided boundaries.<p>


Ebon Tides encourages quality role-playing. This means posts that are well thought out, of length necessarily to accurately portray events, and in fairly good writing. Rather then admonish one-line and vague posters, incentives have been provided to encourage good RPing.<p>



If you're a veteran RPer looking to expand your territory, this site should prove to be a colorful and malleable medium to exercise limitless creativity in.<p>



If you're new to the RPing venture, this is a great place for you to start! Hopefully, you'll find your way around easily enough in Ebon Tides - but if you have any questions, feel free to PM any one of the admins, who will be glad to help. At first, you may want to join an RP made by a more experienced member, but once you learn the ropes, take the plunge: Start a plot of your own!<p>
