FD Review: Variety Villa

I would first like to say you definitly have a great member count. Out for almost 3 months and you have 225+ Members, thats a good steady rate. Averaging over 70 members a month, this place seems to be one of the active Anime/Kirby related boards around. Keep up the activity, maybe you should have some promotions, or small prizes like a x2 PM Space/Post Increase for certain members, thanking them for sticking with your board? It will attract other members as well.

Your member per post ratio is about 55, which i must congratulate on. You are doing a nice job in keeping your board active, and most forums are up-to date in last post by a member. Looking at your members registered this month, one has 73 posts (Very nice, keep this one active), 2 with 30+, 3 with 20+, and 5 with 10+. Your stats this month are looking nice, keep it up TK!
Quality of Forums: 7.5
Nice forum-setup. You have your usual 3-4 forum on the first category, with your Board Announcements, Feedback/Suggestions, and Intro. Your forum descriptions are all well, and worth reading besides having short simple forum descriptions. What i noticed is that i must assume that your forum is more related to Kirby then Anime, yet your Kirby Forum has only 12 topics? I suggest a few staff members freshen the forum up with about 2-3 new topics to get it going again.
Appearance: 7
Your appearance is good overall, but not great. For one, i dislike your banner, text doesnt match on the banner. Also, your using default buttons, though there re-colored red, you can still see some white around it, which makes it look ugly. Your affiliates section is nice and neat, besides others i have seen. I think for the new year you should have a forum marker switch, or atleast having a stopped kirby = No New Posts and moving kirby = New Posts. New members will get confused thinking there's new posts in forums they have already checked. One last thing, for your Member Key, you show the User Groups, yet there not colored? So that looks kinda ridiculous, because your just showing the names of the User Groups, not the actual members because no-one is color coded. I suggest you change that.
Staff Management: 8
Your staff seems to be doing a great job, making sure no spam comes, as well as keeping the place in check. You've had 3 banned members so far, which means your forum is strict, and doesn't let anything slide by, which is good. You have about 7-10 staff members, nice amount for a 225+ member forum. Make sure to keep them active, always promote and dont be afraid to demote when staff members are slacking. A nice review overall, thanks for choosing FD :).
