Sir Niall strides out of the Chapter House leaving via the Reception Hall to join Sir Caelwin and others of the order attending the capital. He is once again clad in his martial attire, which looks better for the care and attention of an armourer.

He calls to the Master of the Chapter Gate,

"Fare well until we return and keep this oupost safe until we return. If there are any visitors please attend to them in our abscence and make note of any communications they may have."

The Master of the Gate nods as Sir Niall leaves.

[A figure walks in to the reception hall and strides towards the Master of The Gate]

Par'don monsieur, I am zhe Great Didier Elan, Champion to zhe Lady Sashi Olay. Sir Col'win 'az asked me to leave details of where I can be contacted.

[Didier passes a note to the Master - PM me when you want the meeting]

Now I must be on my way

[Didier gives a polite Bow and moves to the door]

The Master of the Gate accepts the note and takes care nto to break the seal.

"Thank you Sir, I'll be sure to pass it on when Sir Caelwin returns."

Sir Niall strides through the reception hall of the chapter house. He looks preoccupied and stops only when the Master of the Gate has called to him twice. Looking around he sees the messages left for the Knights which are proffered by the guard. He turns on his heel and takes them, mutters "thank you" then continues at pace into the depths of the chapter house.

*Book saunters in...* Ermmmm... I was asked to leave my where abouts... If I'm not in the Inn send word to the City Libaray...I live there... I do get distracted by books....

The Master of the Gate nods at Book. He looks around then says to Book in a conspiratorial tone,

"Have you seen the Squire's copy of the Code sir? I day say I haven't woodcut pictures like those in quite some time!"

HI I was asked to leave a message as to my where abouts here, I have already spoken to sir calwin buit just incase you can find me either at the inn or the smiths.

The Master of the Gate smiles.

"My thanks lady, I'll be sure to pass those details onto Sir Caelwin."

Sir Niall speaks to the Master of the Gate as he walks in,

"I'm expecting Morgrim to visit this evening. Would you be good enough to direct him to my personal chambers when he arrives."

The Master of the Gate replies that he will as Sir Niall enters the main body of the Chapter House.

Morgrim strolls into the reception room , looking rather out of place , Morgrim adresses" i believe sir nial is expecting me, could you tell me where i can find him?"

A few minutes later Sir Niall appears from within the chapter house. He greets Morgrim,

"Hello Morgrim, my thanks for appearing so promptly. What I need to say will be done away from prying ears. Please follow me."

Sir Niall escorts Morgrim into the depths of the chapter house.

After the passing of a hour or so Sir Niall reappears in the reception hall accompanied by Morgrim. Sir Niall bids him fare well then turns and speaks to the Master of the Gate,

"I am not expecting any further company tonight. However, should anyone wish to spaek to me then send one of the household guards for me. I believe Sir Caelwin is expecting further guests so please see that any who attend are seen to promptly. My thanks to you."

Sir Niall turns and retires to his chambers...for now at least.

Making her way to the gate outside the Chapter house (ooc I believe with Soot), Kiran waited patiently for the guard on duty to notice her,

"We've been asked to come and speak with Sir Caelwin. I am Kiran Deathbane and this is Soot."

Soot Nods at the man at the gate as he is hastily trying to finish his nuts. He Chews forcefully swallows and then grins :)

The Master of the Gate ushers them in,

"Welcome Lady and Sir, I'll just see if we find Sir Caelwin for you."

He sends one of the household guards into the depths of the chapter house with the message that Kiran Deathbane and Soot have arrived.

Soot gazes around the entrance hall. He notices the Heraldic Shields and Weapons asome clearly too large or short for the humans he's so far seen in the Order.

Thank you Sir Niall

I assume all this belonged to previous Knights who distinguished themselves. Very impressive. Your order is obviously more varied than I realised.

Sir Niall smiles,

"It's true all manner if different kin are brethren in the order. It would be fair to say that is one of the aspects that brings strength to the order. Any who can devote themselves with success to the code we follow are accepted once they pass the rigorous trials.
Sir Caelwin should not be too long, once the household guard sent locates him. If you wish to make yourselves comfortable, by one of the fireplaces in the leather chairs perhaps?"

Sir Niall indicates towards the two massive fireplaces encircled by a collection of worn, but cared for, deep leather armchairs of varying sizes.

"Can I offer you any refreshments while you wait?"

Sir Niall absently scratches his head and looks mildly bemused and mutters to himself,

"I wonder where Sir Caelwin has got to? Maybe he's arguing with the ghost that haunts his privvy?"

Looking around he speaks more loudly towards the two guests,

"I'm sorry for the delay, I don't know what's keeping him. Would you like a refreshing cup of tea or something stronger?

Trelaine skips into the room looking fairly merry...'Morning...Names Trelaine, pleased to meet...Sir Cerrin asked me to..erm..' looks at his book at a blank page...'Ah yes...He wanted me to leave some details where I could be found....Well I have just found a very nice looking horse chestnut tree growing near the town cross...I thought I'd spend a day or two up in it's branches...unless of course those guardsmen poke me out again with their spears...most unpleasant chaps...' Ah Soot...Good to see you...Fine day don't you think?

Sir Niall turns around looking a little suprised,

"Oh, hello Trelaine. I didn't know you were attending this evening as well."

Turning he shouts over to the Master of the Gate,

"Could you send another household guard to help find Sir Caelwin."

He looks back at the guests and says,

"Where were we? Oh yes, will you have some refreshments?"

Attending..Oh I didn't know there was a function of sorts...I would of dressed...Erm probebly as I am now actually...Was simply dropping off the infomation about where I was likely to be... If it is a private arrangement I'd happily turn up again in the morning...unless I go visit the lizardmen of course...been a while, must go visit my friends there....Hard to get along with fellows I tell you, all that hissing and the things they do with fire...well it would make good old soot's eyes water I'll tell you...have to keep my head under water when they are in full flow or i'd be more charcoal than druid...

Sir Niall smiles,

"Which ever is more convenient for you. I don't know where Sir Caelwin has got to!"

'Well I don't want to keep you from your function' he says with a smile...'Give my regards to Sir Kiran when he arrives'.....Trelaine wanders our of the chapter house chatting happily to himself about how the place would look so much nicer with a few more plants around the place.

[ooc oops clicked on wrong icon...ignore that angry smiley thingy]

Sir Niall raises his hand to wave and says,

"That I will, fare well until next time we meet Trelaine."

"I'm good for refreshments thanks, just had a drink with Ash and wouldn't want to mix anything with Dwarven ale and Whiskey." Kiran says, answering Sir Niall's question.

Upon seeing Trelaine enter, Kiran says hi only to have him begin talking to everyone but her. Listening to the Druid speak and get names wrong all over the place, the Dwarven woman decided it better not to say anything and just smiled politely, waving goodbye as he left so suddenly.

Soot Smiles and Nods to Trelaine. Then watches him leave

Its nice to see the cheery Trelaine again for a bit. Hopefully Trevellian won't think he's ill again.

Sir Niall looks impressed when he speaks to Kiran,

"Dwarven Ale and Whisky together? You must have a hearty constitutution, but it's probably best to avoid drinking any tea. I dread to think what may happen if they all mixed together."

He ponders Trelaine's slightly bizarre behaviour before asking Soot,

"Do you suppose he's been consuming some strange mushrooms? I've heard tell that Druids are want to do that kind of thing, then imagine they can fly without the benefit of wings."

No. No drugs Trelaines just mad. This seems to be his harmless phase. He reverted to his personality from when I first met him after some particularly impressive healing. Hes doing it again. I think it sticks occasionally.

Sir Niall looks thoughtful,

"Do you think then that he has cycles of a sort. Much like the way the moon waxes and wanes? But rather than like the moon shrinking, then growing again it's his sanity that's affected."

He looks around checking for any signs that Sir Caelwin may appear.

"Soot, can I interest you in a cup of tea? I find it helps me to stay awake and alert."

*Walking along to the Chapter House, Trevellian pauses to take a look at the Notice Board*

"Bugger this..."

*Trevellian turns around, and walks back into the city*

"A hearty constitution? I'm a Dwarf, not one of you humans, course I can handle me drink!" Kiran laughs as she remembers Ash's reaction to the strong drink he had bought for them.

"As for Trelaine, his moods change more than the weather, tis good to see the happier Druid however."

"I must admit I can't help liking Trelaine. He seems to be one of those rare people that manages to walk through most hazardous situations unaffected."

The squire in a hurry seems to rush past all of those waiting. He accidently nudges past keiran. As he runs into the distance he shouts

"Sorry milady!"

Sir Niall shouts at the rapidly moving form of Squire,

"While you're out there, see if you can find Sir Caelwin."

He turns and remarks to the guests,

"That's the fastest I've seen Squire move in ages."

I think we have all underestimated Squire.

I underestimte people far too often.

Sir Niall watches Squire as he disapperas into the depths of the chapter house,

"It's true the Squire is.......how can I best put it? Unique."

"Aye! I think unique suits him pretty well. He's a good enough fella though, damn useful to have around."

"Without a doubt, he's dragged me to safety from more than one fight."
