Rotten Grove Scroll

This scroll radiates a low level of a magic similar to dark soul but subtly different somehow.

There is a cave not far from here in a glade call the rotten grove.
And no-one will venture here to the forest to one goes.
They say something haunts this cave and lurks deeps inside its depths.
Perhaps the ghosts that no-one saved are groaning in its depths.
But some fear a more sinister fiend has made his home this cave.
They say a devil can of’ be seen and the dead are now his slaves.
But legend says that deep within is a treasure that is most grand.

A singing sword that smites its foes and spreads death across the lands.
It was wielded long ago by a legendary man.
Who fought against the juggernaughts till it was taken from his hand.
And now this sword lies forgotten in the cave of the Rotten Grove
And he who dares to search for it shall be slain by evil foes.

But if you dare to quest for it to the west you then must go.
For it’s in the woods of Darkmoor City hidden amongst the river flows.
And in the grove of rotten trees where ravens watch above –
Past the swamp and through the moor where soil smells like blood.
There is the place you will find this cave where many will not dare.
And if you go here a wandering I pray you take good care.
