Hi there, shameless plug here, i know some of you guys were at the last Whispered Tales - Legacy event, heres an ad for the next one in the campaign im posting on behalf of James, the system ref. Please come along, it looks to be a great event!

21st – 23rd September 2007
Eastbourne, East Sussex.

£30 to play, self catered camping. FREE to crew, beer and munchies provided.

“In a land governed by the Arcane Council peace seems stable and the people feel protected against the dark forces forever gazing enviously at Min Hiraith. It is a joyous time as the Plains Folk of Min Hiraith prepare to trade with the Rutani forest folk of Lassemlanta.”

The event will be held at a brand new LRP site near Eastbourne in East Sussex and Emissary promises to be action packed and full of event and campaign plot; an ideal lead in for Ancient Enemies next year.

Legacy is a brand new campaign from Whispered Tales in the land of Min Hiraith. Emissary is the second event of the campaign and new players are very welcome and at this early stage of the campaign. For more information visit:

I thought this event was going to be held in Devon at the dumnonie (SP) site with the long houses. I have to admit that was a huge pull for Dave and I to go given our viking interests ?

I believe it was changed due to ref circumstances changing, im not too sure of the details of why the site was changed, tho i shall strive to find out...

Unlikely to make this one as i'm a bit short on remaining holiday for this year....

I doubt if we are going either as it clashes with another viking event
