The Reception Hall of the Chapter House functions as the primary area for all dealing the Knights have. It is a great hall which lacks the ostentatiousness some might expect of a Knightly Order. It is warmed in colder spells by a number of huge fireplaces which are tended to ensure a roaring fire. Scattered informally around the fire places are a number of comfortable, but worn, leather armchairs so guests and Knights may talk at length in comfort. The walls bears a number of paintings and tapestries which appear relatively contemporary. The hall is lit by a number of large chandeliers.
Near the entrance from the Gatehouse is the Master of the Gate who attends to any visitors.

Morgrim rushes to the gatehouse of the order , a plume of dust is flown up as he nears the gatehouse. "I need to find the where abouts of the knight Sir Nial Ap Trahern, it is of great importance that you find out quickly!

The men at arms usher Morgrim immediately into the reception hall. Sir Niall is sat in an armchair, his face pale and blood-stained. His wounds are being tended to by a man-at-arms. Sir Niall looks up and sees Morgrim and he struggles as he rises and walks painfully towards Morgrim his face grief stricken.

"Morgrim, I'm so sorry. We found your son, he was travelling with me to Golashkanev when the two of us were ambushed. We were nearing the transport circle when a dark shrouded being burst forth from a swirling black cloud that appeared in our path. The vile creature took Gorgut and dragged him into the cloud. I....I tried to stop it...but it was just to powerful."

Morgrim looks up to the ceiling before smashing his fist into the wall , he takes a deep breath and addresess the knight , " i thankyou for guarding my son , it is more than i have done for him in the 4 years he has been alive,i must leave you now though, i must find where he has been taken too.
Morgrim hastily leaves the chapter house.

Sir Caelwin enters the reception room, he greets Morgrim warmly, "hello Morgrim, met your son the other day, my he's grown, fine lad, you must be proud," he shouts at the departing ogre.

The knight calls over a squire, "I'd like a bath, some food and some clean clothes, in that order if you don't mind. I will head into town later." Caelwin sits down in a chair and rests his eyes until called by the squire.

Sir Niall limps back to his chair to allow the man-at-arms to complete dressing his wounds.

Patched up Sir Niall walks across to the Master of the Gate.

"I'm going to retire to my chambers, I'm exhausted and completely drained. If anyone attends the Chapter House for me please inform them that I am indisposed."

Sir Niall looks unhappy as he limps to the private quarters.

Sir Niall walks into the reception hall and takes a seat in front of one of the lit fireplaces. He is clad in fresh clothing that is simple but finely made with accents of embroidery. A man-at-arms brings a tray of refreshments to him and he smiles briefly in thanks. He sits staring into the fire, deep in thought, he sips from a full tankard.

Sir Niall calls across a man-at-arms.

"Can you make the necessary arrangements for travel to Golashkanev, I will take a nominal contingent of men-at-arms with me as I have now recovered."

Sir Niall returns to the reception hall, clad in clean travelling clothes, studded leather armour, and shrouded in a heavy cloak. Following closely are four men-at-arms. He approaches the Master of the Gate.

"I am returning to Golashkanev now I have returned to full health. If you will extend my best regards to Sir Caelwin and Sir Val when they return. I should be back this way when quarter of the year has passed, all things being well. Farewell until then."

Sir Niall turns and walks from the Chapter House, the men-at-arms following.
