Hi Everyone
After weeks of forcing poor old Patch to try out my cooking I've finally sorted out the menu for Easter. Hope you like the sound of it.
SATURDAY EVENING
Hot and Cold Platter consisting of:-
Hot Roast Chicken Portions
Hot Barley Pilaff
Cold Roast Gammon
Cabbage Salad
Onion Relish, Honey Mustard and bread and Butter to Accompany above
Bread and Butter Pudding
Apple Mousse
SUNDAY MORNING
Porridge
Sausages
SUNDAY MIDDAY
Vegetable Broth and bread and butter
SUNDAY EVENING
Cheese and Broccoli Quiche
Roast Beef
Roast Potatoes
Green Beans
Buttered Beetroot
Honey Baked Pears
Gingerbread
MONDAY MORNING
Porridge
Sausages
If you've any questions or special requests or are on a special diet let me know and I'll see what I can sort out for you. Looking forward to another weekend of madness and mayhem (and that's just in the kitchen!!).

Yumm, cabbage salad... I didn't think I'd like it but it's stupidly yummy, like homemade coleslaw.

I'm not into my vegies.. Anything for a Meat eater on Sunday midday?? I'm easy really. If not I'll help myself to tomato soup or somink. No worries.

No probs Sir Brock, I'll make sure some sausages are available and I'll put some cold gammon aside from Saturday so that along with the bread and butter and broth there'll be some meat too.

There'll be loads of cream on Sunday, if you ask nicely I'll make sure there's some available from the morning on and if you're very lucky you can even have some home made strawberry jam with your scones (but don't tell anyone else ;) !!).
