I grew up digging on Justin Wilson. He's been a major influence in my cooking style and originally prompted me to start cooking for more than just survival eating, as it were.

If you get the Rural Farm Channel on your cable or Sat. (RFDTV) they have his old shows on late some nights, but am not sure of the exact schedule. Every time I catch one when channel hopping I watch it.
Ain't many people on the planet that could make me watch an 8 minute segment on how to make garlic bread. He's one of them <,;
