Weber Tangy Barbecue Sauce
This is actually pretty dang good.
3 tablespoons onions, chopped
2 tablespoons butter or margarine
2 tablespoons granulated sugar
2 tablespoons vinegar
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1/4 cup lemon juice
1 cup catsup
1/2 cup celery, chopped
1 teaspoon dry mustard
salt
pepper
1. Melt butter or margarine in skillet.
2. saute onions and celery until tender.
3. Add remaining ingredients and cook about 15 to 20 minutes until flavors blend.
4. Makes 1 1/2 cups of barbecue sauce.
