Alfredo Sauce
(makes 6 servings 3/4 cup ea.)
1/2 cup butter or margarine
1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
3/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
chopped fresh parsley
Heat Butter and whipping cream in 2 quart saucepan over low heat,
stirring constantly, until butter is melted. Stir in cheese, salt, and
pepper. Sprinkle finished dish with parsley.
