Almond Bark Cookies


1 package of almond bark
1 jar peanut butter (creamy or chunky, either is good)
1 box of Rice Krispies

Melt entire package of almond bark in microwave or in saucepan. Mix in the
entire jar of peanut butter and mix well. Once peanut butter is evenly
distributed, add about half of a box of Rice Krispies cereal. Mix until
uniform consistency.

You may additionally stir in: peanuts, almonds, chocolate chips, or other
items that comes to mind.d. Lightly spray a cookie sheet with Pam spray or
use parchment paper.

Arrange spoonsfuls of almond bark mixture on the cookie sheets. The mounds
of mixture can be pressed into any shape desired or left to be round cookie
shapes.

Place in refrigerator and allow to chill for about 5 minutes. Remove
cookies with spatula to a plate or store covered.
