Peanut Butter Cookies

4 Tbsp butter
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup white sugar
1 egg
1 cup flour
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 cup peanut butter

Cream butter and sugars together. Add egg and mix lightly.
Sift flour and baking soda together. Add to butter/sugar mixture and mix
well. Add peanut butter and mix well. Roll into small balls.
Place the cookie balls on a baking sheet and form criss-cross pattern with
fork.
Bake at 350 for 10-12 minutes.
