This is going to attempt to give members an open Board on which to communicate freely and reasonably.

Them Dirty Dirty Birdz is a forum that is password protected for adults only. Passwords will be given out by mods and admin on a case by case level at their discretion. If you feel you have been denied the password unfairly, request a mod to forward a copy of your request and the Mods reason for denial to an Admin. for review, and also keep a copy of each for yourself in case of discrepancy.

Remember tho, the password is given out on a discretionary basis based on a Mod. or Admins. call.

Anyone found to be giving that password out to unauthorized members or minors will result in a 30 day suspension. If you get it, keep it to yourself. Simple. If you want it, just ask a mod. We reserve the right to ask for photocopied or scanned proof of age identification if you are believed to be under 18. Denial of said proof upon request is grounds for with-holding of the password.

Any member posting illegal pornography, including but not limited to; bestiality, child pornography etc. will have their account banned as soon as the violation is discovored or reported.

Boob shots are ok in avatars. Nothing more "Adult" than that. If you have a question, ask a mod first.

Them Dirty Dirty Birds is for adults only and there may be Adult material there.

No nudity In the General Forums except in Avatars. No nudity in Sigs for the sole reason that some users may end up making sigs look like a mini-porn shoot.

Cussing is ok, so long as it's just not a tirade of cursing just because it can be done. Remember, cursing well is an artform in itself, don't mis-use it.

There will be no tolerance of:

· Any communication that contains spam (multiple copies in one area or the same communication in multiple areas).

· Material that defames, abuses or threatens others.

· Statements that are bigoted, hateful or racially offensive.

· Material that advocates illegal activity or discusses illegal activities with the intent to commit them.

· Advertising or any form of commercial solicitation.

· Material that impedes or otherwise prohibits communication; disrupts the discussion including, without limitation, using fan names in topical boards that are offensive to the topic, the team, the sport and/or its fans, and repeatedly posting off-topic messages in a topical message board.

While we may at times attempt to notify you if we move or delete a post, we are under no obligation to do so, nor is it common practice. Depending on the nature of the violation, Triple F Admins. at their sole discretion may terminate a customer's account.

This is a common sense board. Use yours and you will likely be fine, don't and you won't.

We reserve the right to suspend members for being a total jerk also, to put it bluntly. Treat others as you wish to be treated and there will be a min. of problems.

Remember that feelings and/or emotions or the lack thereof are difficult at best to judge @ times on a digital communications forum, and what you say will be out there for many to see for a long time, think before you speak and use some self-moderation so we don't have to do it for you.

There is the key. Triple F strives for the goal of members' self-moderation. We don't want to edit, suspend, ban or warn people if at all possible, we'd rather just chat and post like you.

Remember, if you get a warning or suggestion about posted subject material, behavior etc. it's usually because we are trying to help you out and are trying to fix problems without impeding on your use and enjoyment of these forums, not because we are "out to get someone."

Blatant misuse, member abuse towards other members, harrasment under any form towards members will NOT be tolerated. Depending on the violation in question, past member history of violations or lack thereof etc. and Moderator and Admin. discretion, you will be warned, suspended or banned depending on severity, history, #'s of past violations etc and the right is reserved to ban a member if deemed prudent with no warning or explanation.

In short, have fun, hang out and enjoy, smack a few trolls around etc. If you can do that without being a flaming ass-puppet we'll all have a good time.
