Hot Wingers

2 cups orange juice
1/2 cup vinegar
1 teaspoon crushed red peppers
1 pinch cajun seasoning
2 packages chili hot mix
1/2 teaspoon cornstarch
1-2 teaspoon celery seeds
6 tablespoons brown sugar (packed)
2 lbs chicken wings

1. Combine all dry ingredients and mix thoroughly.
2. Add vinegar and orange juice.
3. mix well.
4. Wash and remove skin, fold wings.
5. Place in a deep baking dish and cover with sauce.
6. Refrigerate for 6-12 Hrs.
7. Remove wings from sauce and place on broiling pan, return sauce to a sauce pan.
8. Place wings under broiler about 6 inc.
9. Broil for 20-25 min, turning to stop burning.
10. Bring sauce to a boil and cook till thickened.
11. Using a spoon, spoon thickened sauce over wings many times while broiling 10-12 more minutes.
12. Remaining sauce can be used for dipping.

Sub the "grill" for the oven and bash constantly while cooking.
