Sorry Iffy, I just got secret squirrel info that says all of that is exactly what it is...rumors. The arena contract issue is false. The sale is false. The financial expediting is false.

I dunno..........I like my source on point one. While not perfect, the accuracy is very strong. Point two is purely speculation from some people on what could happen down the road if point one is accurate. Point three.........??????? I am confused with what you is sayin.

I don't think I'm going too far out on a limb here by saying my info is pretty strong. The contract with Gwinnett Arena is a done deal with no unknowns regarding the post season. Also any "for sale" issues have not even been a rumor in-house until now. Again, this is all per my source too as all yours is per your source of course.

The problem mentioned to me was not about the Force post season, but about scheduling issues in general, some of which centered on dates required to be locked out for hockey post season which is why the announcement of the move was cancelled.

And of course the source brothers can be quite fickle, since even though they are related, they are far from identical.

Then again, just b/c our sources have info doesn't mean their info isn't correct all the time. Neither does it mean they are always in the loop. These "issues" wouldn't have come to light had there not been a fly in the ointment somewhere. The magnatitude however has yet to be truly revealed.

......this year(which I don't think anyone has said) or ever(which can be a long time)? It is a rather wide spectrum to fit a somewhat narrowly defined assessment into without the potential of it falling through. ;)

And while sources indicated that if the return was imminent, a sale would eventually be the possible result, they also indicated that the financial restrictions imposed by the commish on such activities would preclude it from happening in the current environment, which is why Austin dropped down, because a possible sale price would not be approved.
