Avocado Dip
4 avocados
2 medium tomatoes, chopped fine
1/2 cup Hellman's mayonnaise
1/4 cup minced onion
1 tablespoon salt
2 teaspoons chili powder
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon Tabasco Sauce
3 tablespoons lemon juice
Mash avocados in a blender until smooth. Chop tomatoes. Mix together
mayonnaise, minced onion, salt, chili powder, garlic powder, tabasco sauce,
lemon juice, avocado and tomatoes. Mix well. Chill for 4 hours. Serve with
chips.
