Bourbon Dogs
16 oz beef hot dogs, sliced large
2 cups ketchup
3/4 cup brown sugar
3/4 cup bourbon
1 tablespoon chopped onions
1/2 cup water
1. Combine all ingredients in baking dish.
2. Place in 300-degree F oven for 25 minutes.
3. Serve on hot plate or in chafing dish with toothpicks to spear the dogs.
This recipe works good with the miniatures too. Great for parties.
