I have never thought about making a meat loaf look like a cake. I thought I would just share the idea with everyone.

I've seen something similar for a kids backwards birthday party-- the dessert is the main course and the main course was a cake made to look like a giant hamburger...

That is a neat looking cake. I should have made a ground turkey one with sweet potatoes as the icing for AENs birthday. Maybe next year.
