Georgia Tech, which has outscored its opponents 102-17 in starting 2-0, jumped to No. 15 in both the writers' and coaches' polls.

Georgia, meanwhile, fell from 11th to 23rd in the AP poll after Saturday's 16-12 loss to South Carolina. In the USA Today/ESPN coaches' poll, the Bulldogs were ranked 25th.

The Yellow Jackets had been ranked 21st in both polls last week. They jump six spots on the strength of Saturday's 69-14 win over Samford.

Southern Cal and LSU continued to be ranked 1-2 in both polls.
