Grilled Mustard Pork Chops
4 Boneless Pork Chops - about 1 lb
1/4 Cup of dry White Wine
1 Tbs Curry Powder (optional, I'm not fond of curry)
1/2 Cup Spicy Brown Mustard
1 Green Onion (chopped)
1 Tbs Olive Oil
1 Clove of Garlic (minced)
1/4 - 1/2 Teaspoon Crushed Red Pepper (even more if desired)
Combine all ingredients and stir well.
Place Pork Cops in a resealable bag, add marinate and refrigerate for 6-24 hours turning bag occasionally.
Preheat grill to med-high and remove and drain pork chops. Reserve marinate.
Grill chops 15 - 18 minutes or until they reach an internal temperature of 160 F using the reserved marinate as a brushing sauce.
Remove and rest for 8-10 minutes before serving.
