What do you think? Is that our new receiving corp.....or is there an ace up the Force sleeve?
How does the new stack up against the old?
-----------------
I can live with the new look.....Bergeron is still the go to guy and McCullugh replaces D-Lee. Obviously, the other duo appears on paper to come up short in replacing CJ, but they have both shown signs of being quite capable. Maybe we will still find that diamond at a bargain price, but if not, I'm good with this group.
I'll take Jackson, Bergeron, Lee over the new line up any freaking day. McCullough will get injured (or wimp out) and while I really like them I don't think Holmes/Morris can hold a jock strap to Jackson/Lee.

I don't get your endless love sffair with Jackson/Lee...........In 2006, with Jackson & Lee, but no Bergeron, we struggled to a 8-8 record and in the Biggest game of 2007, with Bergeron sidelined, Jackson and Lee failed to deliver. Granted, a big part of the latter fiasco was poor planning and lack of adjustments by our thankfully departed OC, but clearly it is Bergeron who is the straw that stirs the offensive drink. No way that Lee is worth the money as a #3 that he did not want to be........and while Jackson is an awsome talent, no way can you overpay him when Troy is the man........and have to short the dollars at other key positions.
Actually you made my point for me. The magic was truly Jackson/Bergeron. With both of them in almost anyone looks good in the #3. That's why we didn't need to keep Lee. But we unless we get a true #2 the results will be the same as it was when we went 8-8. Plus some of the other "moves" that the FO has been making... I do not get a warm fuzzy feeling this next season. However, with that said I did not have one last year after seeing that scrimage against Nashville so...
