Texas Caviar
2 (16 oz) cans black-eyed peas, drained
1 medium jalapeņo, minced
1/4 small white onion, chopped
1/3 cup Italian dressing
1/2 green bell pepper, chopped
1 teaspoon seasoning salt
2 teaspoons chili powder
2 teaspoons ground cumin
1/3 teaspoon ground red pepper
Combine black-eyed peas with remaining ingredients.
Serve chilled with corn chips.
