Looks like the benches have been moved back to the sidelines. The first plans, when the move was announced showed a seating plan with the team benches on the corners, across the field from where they are now located.

That is the same layout for the Gladiators games. I did not think that the hockey bench area would hold a football team but I guess they will pack them in. :)

That's what they were using at Philips Arena. Are the Gwinnett benches smaller?

I really don't know, they look smaller from where I stand for the games. I think I was also thinking about the size of the players but your are correct they most likely are the same. They were packed in pretty good at Phillips so it should not be any different.

If they moved the benches back to the sidelines then I wonder what they are doing to the pricing for the sections 114 & 121 that they had ridicously priced just b/c they were next to the benches. If they've reduced them back to a "normal" price then I want my 114 front row back!

Found out the benches were moved back to the sidelines after ABC/ESPN "recommended" the relocation because of television camera placement.
