The new guy at the bottom was NOT impressive....dropped at least three in the end zone......he is the brother of DB Cam Newton, also in camp.
TRAINING CAMP REPORT
FEBRUARY 21, 2008
The Georgia Force took part in their final two-a-day of training camp today. The team also hosted season ticket holders during the afternoon practice as they were able to watch practice and interact with the players and coaches.
In the morning, the team worked on kickoff coverage before beginning position drills. The defensive backs and the wide receivers competed hard against each other in one-on-one and three-on-three drills. While the skill players were at one end of the field, the offensive and defensive linemen were in some highly contested battles at the other end. Early on in team drills, DE Jermaine Smith tackled FB Keith Belton for a loss of five yards, but the offense managed to rebound. QB Chris Greisen connected on two touchdown passes in the session, one to WR Fred Coleman and the other to WR Willis Marshall.
Once the fans entered the practice facility, Offensive Coordinator Jim Kubiak welcomed the fans with a brief statement and then they were able to view practice. Following a touchdown from Greisen to WR Brent Holmes, the defense seemed to pick-up their intensity. DB Stephen Cason recorded an interception, and DBs David Crocker and Willie Gary provided hard hits to the ball carriers. Following practice, fans were able to take pictures and get autographs of their favorite Force players and coaches.

I'll ditto that on S. Newton. 6u6e56n Passes that were uncontested, right in the hands, no reason to not catch, great passes and what happens? Three, and if I'm not mistaken four, passes whiffed on. iy88767 After yesterday I just can't see what they see in him. There is literally no redeeming value in this selection. A wasted spot on the roster. )!(@#

And he smells bad! And he doesn't brush his teeth! And he probably goes 10,000 miles without an oil change!
Burn him at the stake!!!

On one of them, he actually came back to the huddle and told Chris that he need to put a little bit more air under the ball. Heather went he did not just say that to Chris. She said that he should watch the movie the "Replacements" and to see how they got their wide receiver to finally catch the ball.

I don't know. The passes were not lasers, the ball was right in the hands, no one was literally on their backs or in their faces. But if all the receivers are saying it's the QB that is the problem then who are we to differ. I'll just stick to what I do best. Buckets and drinking. <,;

Sounds like an excuse to me. It's hard to blame it on a quarterback that set an AFL record with 117 TD passes in 2007 :).
