Deadline is five minutes before the first game of the week. PERIOD! Late comers start with the same amount of points as the lowest player. Winner gets a pat on the back and bragging rights for the year (whooptey-ding-dang doo!). Besides no one remembers who won last year except for the guy who ran it and the "winner".
