Announcing the 2nd Annual Big Wheel Rally to Benefit Dream House for Medically Fragile Children, Inc.
February 29 , March 1-2, 2008
The Arena at Gwinnett Center, 6400 Sugarloaf Parkway Duluth
DULUTH, GA (February 26, 2008) For three days, Gary Hays and four associates from the Law Offices of Gary Martin Hays, will ride adult-size big wheels around the Gwinnett Arena Concourse. These guys have a heart for children and plan to show it in a big way! Pedaling for a purpose, they will pile up Dream Laps to raise awareness for Dream House, and generate donations that help us reach out to families and communities so that medically fragile children in Georgia will have a home, a family and a future.
This second annual, 48-hour adventure is presented by I will Make a Difference Foundation and Gary Martin Hays & Associates, along with radio sponsor 94.9FM/The Bull and event sponsors Gwinnett Gladiators and Georgia Force - all for the benefit of Dream House. How awesome is that?
Gary Hays and his team have packaged this event to coincide with an INCREDIBLE weekend line-up of sporting events at the Gwinnett Arena.
Saturday, March 1 at 1 p.m., the Arena Football League's Georgia Force takes the field in their season opener against the Dallas Desperados, in a nationally-televised game. Fans, come early for an action-packed tailgate party from 10:30 a.m. until 12:30 p.m., located in the Gwinnett Chamber of Commerce parking lot outside the Arena entrance. Plan to buy Dream Laps and show off your prowess in the Visionary Sports cage.
The puck drops March 1 at 7:35 p.m. as the ECHL's no. 2 ranked Gwinnett Gladiators hit the ice against the division leading Texas Wildcatters. Doors open one hour before game time. The first 1,000 fans through the gate will receive an adult replica Gwinnett Gladiators jersey, courtesy of Gary Martin Hays & Associates and Race Trac.
The fun continues Sunday, March 2 at 4:35 p.m. as the Gladiators and Wildcatters meet one more time. Intermission will feature the benefit presentation to Dream House for Medically Fragile Children, Inc.
