Description: Bout time

I just caught the score (2 minutes left in the game) and it looks like the Force turned it on midway through the third quarter. Are we back?

I say "we" b/c yes, I'm on the team.

I think tonights game has proved me out. Three weeks is not enough to be ready for the season. I talked to Carl Morris after the game and he enthusiastically agreed with that.

It was great to see smiles on the guys faces after the game. They felt like this game vindicated those first two games. They now know they can produce and seem to be hungry for more wins.

Sounded like a great game. I wish I could have made up thereit but I had to settle for the radio. What number was pualey wearing?

Oh man, what an awesome game! Minus some penalties I thought the Force played awesome. I was really impressed with Willis Marshall, and especially with Chris Pauley tonight. Greisen was on, and a good ole fashioned butt whoopin' is right!

And how about the pregame intro and the music level this time?

We gave the Gladiators a run for their money. Awesome job by the music dude and the event staff. Great experience, especially compared to the opener.

This game was a whole lot closer then the score showed if "Gumby" could have hit the broad side of a barn. Our DB's were letting LA receivers run all by them self way to many times. They have to get their communication down for next week.

I did like Martinez's hair style, blue on the sides and white down the middle. Speaking of our kicker, it was interesting that when we put our starting QB in as holder he was prefect. So this week our back up needs to figure out what our starter is doing as the holder and do the same. I don't want my starting QB is my holder, just like I did not want Troy returning kickoffs.

Great win but we still have a lot of work.

Carlos is "punked" dude. Love IT! Got a couple of pics with him and I think we got one of the back of his head. If we did, I'll crop it and post it later. Had a chance to talk with him and mentioned the difference with Griesen as the holder. That's something they'll be working on next week I think. But then again our backup QB loves to hit folks too, so maybe we need another backup QB.

And I agree about our secondary, much work needed in that area. We could have lost this game on those blown coverages easily IF Cumbie had been on his A game.

Two completions shouldn't have been made if Willie G had just got his hands up in the air.

Gotta give props to EJ too. Love the energy and that personal foul penalty, well wtf, I'll take it cause somebody got stung. Big time. I felt that hit at the top of 119. The safety was the icing on the cake. He was still pumped after the game.

Now lets see if we can carry this momentum over too next week and improve in the gray areas.

And yeah, I know I went against the Force this week on the pick'em. But that's a hit I'll take. Heck if it means we'll win, I'll do it again next week. Take a hit for the team.

You know that you and everyone else that went against the Force will have to go against the Force from now on. We don't need to change anything or our mojo will be broken. Everyone has to remember what they put on for the game and put it back on for our next game.

Speaking of that, my daughter said when I got in the car after the game that her brother and the Forcefull and his family are not allowed back while we are on our winning streak. nr6

Coach Plank also agrees. In his opening statement in the postgame press conference he went out of his way to address that.

I agree we looked alot better but we were leaving their recievers wide open on alot of deep passes it could of killed us.We need to get more butts in the seats. We were much louder this game then the first game we still need to get louder. Our offense is much improved.I like what I seen from Marshall and Pauley. What can you say about EJ man he is intense love his game and he gets the crowd pumped grat to have him back he makes plays and makes the other team pay.Muched improved this week maybe we can just keep tuning and by playoffs we will be on that run. Can't wait for the next home game.

I agree about DB coverage.... If their QB was as accurate as ours, we would have been in trouble...
