Not sure what this move means.....I like the intensity of Dougherty and his versatility of being able to use him on the kickoff team. Surprising to waive him and not activate Arth....as of yet anyway.

Hate to see such a go getter get cut. No new QB? Practice squad QB doesn't get activated? Hmmmmm...I wonder what's cooking up at the Branch.
