Common practice with the #1 pick. What the Phins are going to do, is make offers to all the 1st 4-5 guys, and see which one bites on the offer. That way almost eliminates the chances of the pick holding out after the draft. No worries yet.

I put it about a 60/40 chance that Tuna will (tentatively) sign Jake before the draft.
It will be Chris Long if he can`t come to terms with Jake.
